And its end will come with a flood, Part 2…Featuring Phil Kulis

PhilKulis Pic“But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.” Jesus according to Matthew 24:37-39

So now we have two questions.
1. Where can we find a time that would indicate a flood at the end of the interval between the 69th and the 70th Week?

2. Does that flood indicate the coming of the Son of Man?”

The focus of this post is on the first question.

I believe if we study the Sixth Seal in chapter Six of Revelation, we find a strong evidence for both.

Revelation 6:12-17 “I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood. And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind. Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and EVERY MOUNTAIN AND ISLAND WAS MOVED OUT OF ITS PLACE. And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, and said to the mountains and rocks, ‘Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For THE GREAT DAY of His wrath HAS COME, and who is able to stand?’”

Of the many things happening in this Seal is what appears to be a meteor shower with something happening on the earth large enough to cause “the sky to recede as a scroll.” (Nuclear exchange?) Along with this every mountain and island is moved out of place. Although it doesn’t mention it directly, we can easily infer that this massive global movement (the powers of the heavens shall be shaken) is enough to create many tsunamis that would strike multiple coastlines. Since some of the largest population centers are along the coasts, the losses will be catastrophic. That is the time of the flood at the end of “it”. And satisfies our first question.

Stay tuned for the second question in my next post.
