2 Timothy 1:7 For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power & love & self control.

Fear will not control me! Why make yourself sick with worry & fear? Trust in God & lean into Him. The enemy uses fear to try & defeat us, but the words “fear not” are used in the Bible over 80 times. God wants us to trust Him & bring peace into our hearts.

Use some common sense & pray & we will get through this.

Matthew 10:31 Fear not, therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.

Isaiah 41:10 Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
