Joel 2:1 Blow a trumpet in Zion; sound an alarm on my holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble, for the day of the LORD is coming; it is near…

The prophet Joel commands to blow the shofar on the Temple Mount. A young Jewish man took the call seriously. There was an attempt to blow the shofar on Rosh Hashanah/Yom Teruah/Feast of Trumpets.

The following is from Yehudah Glick’s Shalom Jerusalem Foundation.

On Shabbat, the first day of Rosh Hashanah, Yom Teruah, the Israeli authorities violently arrested a young man for trying to blow the Shofar on the Temple Mount. Please partner with us to change facts on the mount. Join the Global campaign. http://www.shalomjerusalem.org
