January 7, 2020: In response to the death of General Soleimani, Iran has launched a series of missiles from Iran towards American military bases in Iraq. American soldiers and resources have been targeted. Multiple waves of missiles are reported to be fired.
The locations of attack were al-Assad in central Iraq on the Euphrates River and the oil rich ares of northeast Iraq near Erbil. It should be noted that Turkish troops are in the area of northern Iraq as well.

The Pentagon has confirmed the reports. President Trump is acutely aware of the developing situation. Trump has not tweeted regarding the attack at the time of this post.
Damage reports and casualty information are not present at this time.

January 2, 2020: General Qassim Soleimani has been killed in a U.S. airstrike at Baghdad Airport. He was one of the most powerful military persons in Iran. General Soleimani was the leader of the Qud’s Force. Iran has confirmed the Soleimani has been “martyred”.
In addition, other deaths were reported in the strike. These include the Deputy Chief of Hezbollah and two of Iran’s militia leaders.

Iran is getting more cozy with Russia when it comes to military ties. With activity increasing in the Persian Gulf, Russia and Iran are planning military exercises. Russia is the primary source of military hardware for Iran. A United Nations (UN) arms embargo is set to expire in 2020. This expiration is likely to result in more military equipment transferring from Russia to Iran. The Iranians have requested SU-30 and SU-35 fighter jets, Yakovlev Yak-130 light fighters, MI-8 and MI-17 helicopters, T-90 tanks, and the Bastion mobile coastal defense missile system.
In mid April 2019, the United States, France, and Britain held Artemis Trident 19 exercise in the Persian Gulf. President Trump recently declared Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a Foreign Terrorist Organization.
At the center of the discussion is oil. Iran has threatened to close off the Straits of Hormuz. The United States has imposed sanctions on Iranian oil exports. On Sunday, 5/12/19, two oil shipments destined for the United States were noted with “significant damage” near the United Arab Emirates.
On 5/5/19, the White House announced the USS Abraham Lincoln and a bomber task force were being sent to the Middle East due to “troubling and escalatory indications and warnings.”
President Trump is reportedly considering 120,000 troops to the Middle East. At least 6+ unnamed Defense Department Officials indicated this plan was presented to President Trump late Monday, 5/13/19.

Turkey’s President Recep Erdogan approved of the move. Keep in mind, Erdogan is currently massing troops and equipment on the Turkey/Syria border east of the Euphrates River and warning of a pending invasion. His goal is to rid the region of terrorism. Specifically, the threat is land possessed by the Kurdish People’s Protection Units or also known as the YPG.
Before Trump made his statement release, an arms deal with Turkey was announced. Per the State Department, $3.5 billion worth of Patriot missile systems were sold to Turkey.
Russia’s President Vladimir Putin joined in the praise of Trump’s decision. He responded by promising to increase a permanent Russian military presence in Syria.

December 12, 2018: Turkey’s President Recep Erdogan announced he is looking to advance military troops into Syria. His stated goal is to remove a terrorist threat. The threat is land possessed by the Kurdish People’s Protection Units or also known as the YPG.
The YPG has been working with the United States as well as the Syrian Democratic Forces or the SDF. These three groups have been focused on ISIS.
“We will start an operation to free the east of the Euphrates from the separatist terrorist organisation in the next few days,” stated Erdogan.

The United States and YPG are located east and west of the Euphrates River. US military forces are located in the city of Manbij, Syria.
Erdogan appears to mean business. Sources indicate Turkey is moving equipment on the Syrian border town of Akcakale. Border walls on the Turkey/Syrian border town of Ras al-Ayn are being taken down by the Turks.
The United States is reported to have forces near Ras al-Ayn and Manbij in Syria.
Recent history shows Recep Erdogan is a man of his word. Look for things to heat up on the Euphrates River in northern Syria.

History was made as the United States moved its embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. Forty (40) ambassadors from around the world witnessed the event. The ceremony featured several speakers including Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, prepared and recorded comments from United States President Donald Trump, and comments from Trump presidential aid and son in law Jared Kushner.

May 8, 2018: President Donald Trump has moved on his decision regarding the Iranian Nuclear Deal. The announcement was originally scheduled for May 12, 2018.
Today, President Trump has pulled out of the Iranian Nuclear Deal.
“The deal should have never ever been made,” United States President Donald Trump.
Rumors began breaking early on Tuesday morning that President Trump was going to withdraw from the Iranian Nuclear Program. French President Emmanuel Macron was allegedly alerted the United States was going to leave the plan.
Nuclear sanctions will be re-instated towards Iran. Additional economic sanctions will be imposed on Iran as well.

May 15, 2018: Nakba Day. The Palestinians refer to Israeli Independence as Nakba Day. Nakba is the Arabic word for “catastrophe”. They acknowledge Nakba Day the day after Israel’s declaration on May 15. Nakba day was initiated on Israel’s 50th Independence Day by Yasser Arafat.
Palestinians traditionally recognize the day with rocks and slingshots, Molotov cocktails, burning tires, IED’s, and violent protests. There may be special plans for this year’s events in light of the significance of Israel’s 70th anniversary and other surrounding events.
May 16, 2018: Since the decision was made, other countries are following suit. Other countries have pledged to move their embassies to Jerusalem. Guatemala has taken the lead and already completed the transition. Guatemala will open their Jerusalem embassy on this date.
Sunset May 19, 2018: God’s appointed Feast of Weeks or Shavuot is scheduled to begin. Christians refer to this day as Pentecost. Shavuot is one of the three holidays where Jewish men are required to come to Jerusalem (Exodus 23:14-17). The men were to make their presentation and sacrifice before God at the Temple.
As stated in the Leviticus passage, it is seven weeks after Passover. It is a celebration of the completed grain harvest. The holiday is also a celebration of God giving the Torah (instruction or law) to nation Israel. Because of this, Shavuot is considered as the beginning or birth of Judaism.
