Yesterday, we had three 7.0 or greater earthquakes on planet Earth.

On June 24, 2026, two powerful back-to-back earthquakes struck northwestern and central Venezuela, causing significant damage, casualties, and widespread disruption.

First quake (foreshock): Magnitude 7.2 (initially reported as 7.1), occurring at approximately 6:04 p.m. local time (22:04 UTC). Epicenter near San Felipe in Yaracuy state (about 15–23 km northeast of San Felipe or related areas like Morón in Carabobo), at a shallow depth of around 20 km. en.wikipedia.org

Arguably the Euphrates and the Tigris Rivers go dry in the end times in the ancient Babylonian Empire or what is modern day Iraq. We know from Revelation 16, the Euphrates goes dry.

Red Heifer Update: Visitors are travelling to the ancient land of Samaria, specifically Shiloh, to visit a red heifer. This is in the heart of what the world calls the “Occupied West Bank”, a future Palestine.

The heifer is 22 month’s old. Within the month, two more red heifers are coming.

Per oral traditions as related by the Temple Institute, a heifer is at least 3 or 4 years old. So the earliest, said red heifer could be sacrificed would be 14 months from now. That roughly would give us a target of September 2024 for the earliest sacrifice. Rosh Hashanah 5785/2024 begins at sunset Wednesday, October 2nd.

Secular press outlets across the world are noting the drying of the Euphrates Rivers. Thankfully, we have these media sources to set the record straight. The God of the Bible is not the reason the river is drying. And Divine judgment and intervention are not the reasons.

Magog’s Rough Week

There has been a “major” accident at the world’s largest Uranium enrichment plant. The plant is located in Novouralsk, Russia. The Ural Electrochemical Combine is located east of the Ural Mountains.

Workers were evacuated from the plant. However, if you live in the area, the “accident” poses no threat to your health. Radioactive leakage has been denied. We are told the factory is working normally.

Another attack has occurred on the Crimean or Kerch Bridge. A section of the auto bridge has been destroyed. A Ukrainian drone attack is believed to be the cause.

It is suspected by Russia that the UK and the United States may have assisted with intelligence and possible equipment.

On This Week in Prophecy… After 130 plus aftershocks and counting, two devastating earthquakes of 7.5 and 7.8 magnitude, the Ataturk Dam on the Euphrates River has multiple cracks. Experts have expressed concern and warning.

According to Athens News out of Greece, “there are many cracks in the dam after strong earthquakes.”

Turkish Professor of Seismology Dr. Nasi Göryur, “I appeal to stakeholders: check the dams in the region.“

There have been a 138 quakes and counting of 2.5 magnitude since the big events.

As of this post, there have been over 7,900 deaths along tens of thousands of injuries. Injuries in Turkey alone are approaching 35,000. Preliminary estimates have these numbers increasing dramatically as time passes due to weather and availability of rescue efforts.

The Jerusalem Post recently quoted the Wall Street Journal. Russia and Iran have decided to construct an Iranian drone manufacturing plant in Russia. Iran recently had a drone plant destroyed due to surgical Israeli drone strikes, allegedly…

Production is scheduled to begin in months. This apparently was agreed up in November 2022. But due to recent events, the timeline has been escalated. It is estimated 6,000 drones could be made for Russia for involvement in Ukraine.

Euphrates & Tigris Rivers Going Dry, September 2020

First things first. The current events to be discussed below are not the fulfillment of the Revelation prophecy. Currently, the seven year tribulation has not begun. The seals have not been broken let alone the bowl judgments poured out. Bet yet another example, we are trending in this direction.

Basra, Iraq: Salt water from the Persian Gulf is pushing inland due to the lack of water flow from the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers north of town. Farmers are going north looking for fresh water.

“Salinity has gone up in recent years and it’s killing the farmlands. Before, we could sell our dates in the Gulf and as far as the United States. Now, you can see with your own eyes. This whole river died.” Abu Shaker, a 70-year-old date palm farmer.

With the filling of the Ilisu Dam, Turkey is slowly cutting off water to Iraq. Water levels behind Mosul Dam in northern Iraq have dropped by three billion cubic meters. Water flow from Turkey has been reduced by 50%.

The Ilisu Dam is one of 22 dams being constructed in southeast Turkey. The dams are impacting both the Euphrates and Tigris Rivers. Syria is feeling the brunt of the decreased water flow of the Euphrates.

Iran is cutting off water from the Sirwan and Little Zab Rivers which dump into the Tigris River southeast of Baghdad.

To make matters worse, the water hyacinth is taking over the two rivers. The “Nile Flower” was introduced about 20 years as a decorative plant. The purple flowered plant is native to South America’s Amazon basin.

A plant is estimated to drink up to 1.3 gallons of water per day. The water hyacinth also blocks sun and oxygen from life on the rivers. As a result, fish are dying and water levels are dropping further. This has been devastating to carp fisherman. Carp supplies have been cut in half. Carp is a delicacy in Iraq.

A 1,000 square foot area weighs up to five tons. The thick vegetation blocks water from reaching fields for farming.

“During this harvest, our vegetable sales in the local market were down by a third,” Ahmed Yasser, farmer.

And with COVID-19, the wild flower is spreading unchecked.

Turkey Launches Operation Peace Spring, October 2019

Turkey has begun to move forces into northern Syria to remove Kurds from the region. Turkey has coined the term Operation Peace Spring.

Turkey’s Minister of National Defense has released a tweet of the stated objectives.

President Recep Erdogan is defending Turkey’s decision to move into Syria. Erdogan is threatening to open Turkey’s borders to Europe with 3.6 million refugees if the European Union is insistent on calling the operation an invasion and occupation.

The United States Government is divided in how to manage the situation. President Trump has authorized the removal of US troops. Trump has indicated he was elected to get the United States out of pointless wars.

Republican Senator Lindsey Graham from South Carolina and others indicate Trump has betrayed Kurdish allies in the Middle East by leaving them vulnerable without US military assets. There is bipartisan support for sanctions against Turkey.

International response is opposed to Turkey’s move into Syria.

The majority of the military intervention is currently taking place from the Euphrates River in the west to the Tigris River in the far east border of Syria.

Trump Agrees to Withdraw Troops from Syria, August 2019

Turkish Controlled Northern Syria, August 8, 2019: President Donald Trump has indicated the United States will withdraw US troops from the area. Turkey indicates an operation will be taking place.

Turkey’s Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu made the following comments.

“In a telephone call with our president, the US president informed us that the US would be vacating the area. We will discuss the question of coordination after the withdrawal takes place. The agreement with the US on the creation of a safe zone is a very important first step.” 

“Our decision is to create a safe zone so that there are no terrorists there from the Syrian Kurdish self-defense forces and the Kurdistan Workers Party. But we will not allow this agreement to be turned into the [US] Roadmap for Manbij.”

Historically, the Turkish government under the leadership of President Recep Erdogan considers Kurdish forces and the Kurdistan Workers Party as terrorists.

In response, Syria is not approving of the arrangement. Syria understands this will likely mean more Turkish troops in their country. Syria has concerns of their sovereignty being threatened. The Syrian government considers the situation “dangerous”.

Social media sources indicate Turkey has already begun sending armed forces to the Syrian border north of the town of Kobani, Syria. The location is east of the Euphrates River.

With recent history as a guide… When the United States leaves an area in the Middle East, a vacuum is created. And each time, Biblical prophecy comes into focus. In this case, Turkey continues it’s march south towards Israel and its date with destiny as prophesied by Ezekiel 38-39.

Turkey Begins Filling Ilisu Dam, April 2019

Turkey’s President Recep Erdogan has issued the order to begin filling the Ilisu Dam. This dam will withhold the waters of the Tigris River. Experts estimate it will take two to three years to fill the lake behind the dam.

The Ilisu Dam is about 45 miles from Iraq. It is 1.1 miles in length. The dam is 443 feet in heigth. Ilisu is over a mile wide. The basin area is 127 square miles. The Ilisu Dam is a monster!

The Ilisu Dam is looking to produce 1,200 megawatts of electricity to southeast Turkey. Filling with water will relocate thousands of people. The water will also cover an ancient town thousands of years old.

Turkey is the point of origin for the Tigris River and the Euphrates River. This is of significance to the people of Iraq.

Seventy (70) percent of Iraq’s water comes from rivers in other countries. Recent water shortages in 2018 resulted in farmers leaving their land in Iraq. Restrictions were placed on planting crops. Reports of limited drinking water are noted in Iraq.

The Ilisu Dam is one of 22 dams Turkey intends to build on the Tigris River and the Euphrates River.

“Iraq is subject to a true water blockade and Turkey is using the water issue for political purposes. Iraq must take action to contain the crisis, which may extend for years to come. The UN and international organizations must intervene to solve this crisis. The common rivers are common property, and postponing filling the dam, or an abundance of rain, doesn’t mean a drought won’t occur, unless Iraq signs agreements to guarantee fixed water shares.” -Mansour al-Baiji, Iraqi Parliament Water Committee

Long term, Iraqi water issues are not going away. Iran is also blocking water flows into Iraq. The Iranians have stopped or reduced the flow of 42 rivers and streams into Iraq. Iran has built 109 dams blocking water flow into Iraq. There are others dams under construction in Iran at this time to further restrict water flow into Iraq.

Granted, this is later in the seven year tribulation. But this prophecy in Revelation 16 does not seem that far fetched now…

Revelation 16:12 The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river, the Euphrates; and its water was dried up, so that the way would be prepared for the kings from the east.

Currently, weeks of rain and melting snow have resulted in a short term flooding crisis across Iraq. Major lakes in Iraq are full. The Tigris and Euphrates are flooding.

Fear not, experts say everything is okay…

Nahum tells what the future of the Tigris River holds. He promises the judgment of ancient Nineveh or what is 21st century Mosul, Iraq. It comes with a flood after a long history of bloodshed.

Nahum 1:8 But with an overflowing flood He will make a complete end of the adversaries, and will pursue his enemies into darkness.

Nahum 2:6 The gates of the rivers are opened and the palace is dissolved.
