On This Week in Prophecy… Benjamin Netanyahu will be the Prime Minister of Israel again. Netanyahu’s coalition collected 64 of the 120 seats in Israel’s parliament.

United Kingdom Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has changed his mind. Previously in August of 2022, Sunak indicated he sees Jerusalem as “Israel’s historic capital” in front of a Conservative Friends of Israel event.

Sunak had also publicly stated, “To me, it’s indisputably the historic capital… it seems to me that there is a very strong case to it, to recognize what is a historic and practical step. It would be something where we’d be acting in concert with our allies in the region and, in general, one of our closest allies, so it’s something I’d like to do.”

But now, “there are no current plans to change the location of our embassy.”

Israel has begun drilling in the Karish Gas Field in the Mediterranean Sea.

Prime Minister Yair Lapid made the following comment, “Producing gas from the Karish field will lower energy costs in Israel, will turn Israel into a regional energy supplier, and will help Europe deal with the energy crisis.”

Russia and Jordan are agreeing to coordinate efforts in Syria. This is definitely an issue to watch closely in light of Ezekiel 38-39.

Ezekiel 39:11 On that day I will give to Gog a place for burial in Israel, the Valley of the Travelers, east of the sea. It will block the travelers, for there Gog and all his multitude will be buried. It will be called the Valley of Hamon-gog.

Jordan’s Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi met Russian Sergei Lavrov in Amman, Jordan on November 3, 2022.

“The truth is Russian presence in Syria has been a stabilizing factor in the south because the vacuum would be filled by militias and other groups that will not be able to ensure stability in those places,” Jordan Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi.

Syria makes over 10 billion dollars from an amphetamine-like drug. Jordan has also had hundreds of thousand of refugees from Syria as a result of the civil war.

China is experiencing another wave of COVID-19. The Communists continue with their “COVID Zero” policy. President Xi Jinping has taken power for a third term. Wuhan is back in the news with another round of lockdowns.

China now has over 210,000,000 in lockdown in 28 cities. Food shortages and inflation are being reported in these cities.

Corona Virus Whaaat??? Rodna Epley

“For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall (soon) be revealed in us.” (Romans 8:18)

“Now as Jesus passed by, He saw a man who was blind from birth. And His disciples asked Him, saying, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?” Jesus answered, “Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but that the works of God should be revealed in him.” (John 9:1-3)

All suffering is meant for one thing: God’s glory to be revealed NOW. Which means whatever dark or negative situation exists that we face is going to be exposed to the light as God’s glory is released out of us and into the situation where it is transformed into light (health etc).

We can’t blame God for suffering. We can technically only blame ourselves for not releasing God’s glory. But God doesn’t even want us to blame ourselves. He just wants us to know, so that we can release Him into our situations.

As widely spread as corona virus is, it tells us one thing: that God wants His glory widespread throughout the whole earth. If a single blind man’s condition was meant for God’s glory to manifest (by giving him eyes that see) then just think how much the Father wants His glory manifested where corona virus is concerned.

God didn’t created the virus, the devil did. But God is going to use it to reveal His glory. Yet He chooses to reveal His glory through His sons and daughters of glory. That’s you and me and all who are called by His name. The Father will gladly and willingly wipe out corona, but are we willing to let Him? Are we willing to do our part of the equation? He cleans the whole house but as His children we have to clean up our one bedroom. The blind man was healed by Jesus. Corona victims are cured and corona is wiped out by those Jesus sends.

“Jesus said…Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me, or else believe Me for the sake of the works themselves. Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.” (John 14:11-12)

“For the earth will be filled
With the knowledge of the glory of the Lord,
As the waters cover the sea.” (Habakkuk 2:14)

“Awake, my glory!
Awake, lute and harp!
I will awaken the dawn.” (Psalm 57:8)

“Awake, O sleeper,
Arise from the dead,
And Christ will shine on you.” (Ephesians 5:14)

Thank You Father for Your wisdom. Thank You Father for Your favor. Thank You Father that Your glory spreads eternally faster than any virus the enemy can make. In Jesus’ name, so be it and let it be so.

Dollar Appreciation Continues… Michael Douville

All currencies are not created equal. Values of currencies change. God is not a fan of currency manipulation. Global markets and governments manipulate currencies on a daily basis. Imagine that, humanity outside of God’s economic laws…

The end result of currency changes can be dramatic. Michael explains the consequences of a rising dollar and what it means to global economics.

Michael has been talking with Technical Analyst Walter Zimmerman. He has target prices of the DXY (US Dollar) at 103.00. In an extreme case, Zimmerman has a target of 120.00 for the DXY. The end result would be cheaper prices and deflation in the United States. The rest of the world would pay higher prices and experience inflation. The US dollar is currently the global reserve currency.

Oil prices could drop as low as $15 per barrel in extreme cases. Michael Douville comments if we hit 120.00 on the DXY, oil could be roughly $5 per barrel. Recently, the DXY touched 102.82 and closed today at 102.10.

Global debt is financed in dollars. At some point, the bill comes due for borrowing money…

Wuhan Coronavirus Spreading Across Asia, January 2020

We are effectively two months removed from COVID 19 being announced to the world stage. On January 22, 2020, China quarantined Wuhan, a city of 11 million people when 540 people were infected.

Two months later, do we believe Chinese data? Two months from now, will we believe Chinese data? Do you think the Italians and Spaniards believe the Chinese data?

Corona Virus/COVID 19 Update, March 8, 2020

Leviticus 13:46 He shall remain unclean as long as he has the disease. He is unclean. He shall live alone. His dwelling shall be outside the camp. 

March 8, 2020: This is what the world is doing on a global scale. People infected with COVID 19, the corona virus, or Wuhan virus, take your pick, are being quarantined and isolated.

Italy COVID

Italy made a major move to stop the progression of the disease. The northern part of the country has been blocked off from the rest of the country. 17 million people have been effectively quarantined. The Italian government states people must “absolutely avoid any movement into and out of the areas.”

The decree is in effect until April 3, 2020. To date, 85% of the cases are reported in northern Italy.

Even the Vatican has its first case.

The largest number of cases outside of China are located in Italy, Iran, and South Korea. Roughly 21,000 people are infected in these three countries.

Cities and municipalities in the United States appear to be ill prepared and behind the curve to manage the corona virus. The ability to assess and diagnose patients infected is poor. Diagnostic kits are limited. To date, about 1,600 people have been tested.

Effective Monday, March 9, 2020, 2.1 million testing kits will be distributed to commercial labs which equates to 850,000 people being assessed. This is per the Center for Disease Control (CDC). The CDC mandates two swabs per patient.

Dr Anthony Fauci is the head of the infectious diseases unit at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). He states there will be 4 million test kits available by the end of the week.

Bethlehem: 19 people have tested positive in the birth place of Jesus. Infected patients have been transferred to Jericho. Israel Defense Minister Naftali Bennett has closed down the city until further notice. Only the transport of goods will be allowed in and out of Bethlehem. The closure was coordinated with the Palestinian Authority.

Wuhan Virus Update, March 3, 2020

March 3, 2020: The global count of infected persons has reached over 90,000 and continues to climb. Over 3,100 have died. Cases are exploding across South Korea, Iran, and Italy. 58 countries and counting have been impacted by the pestilence. The total in the United States has now reached 90 infected.

Iran: The government and its officials of the Islamic Republic are taking a serious hit with the coronavirus. A couple of members have died and countless others have become infected. Allegedly, over 1,500 people are infected in the country.

Those numbers are in question based on the behavior being exhibited in the religious city of Qom. Travel has not been restricted to the religious sites in the city. We have this bold example of commitment on display from the Shia branch of the Religion of Peace. And we wonder why the disease is spreading like gang busters throughout the country.

Matthew 24:5 For many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and they will lead many astray.

South Korea: The latest numbers out of Seoul report over 4,800 infected. The center of attention is the leader of a religious cult. The man in the eye of the storm is Lee Man-hee, the leader of the Shincheonji Church of Jesus. Mr. Lee seems to think he is the second coming of Jesus Christ. He states he is “the promised pastor” and he is taking 144,000 people to heaven with him. Lee believes he is the fulfillment of Revelation. Unfortunately, Mr. Lee has recently been diagnosed with the Coronavirus.

The World Health Organization (WHO) continues with the idea the Coronavirus is not a pandemic at this time. Today we were lectured by the leader of the WHO, Dr. Tedros, on terms, labels, and political correctness in regards to the virus. February 24, 2020: The Wuhan Virus has left main land China and is spreading internationally. The number of infected has seen a significant jump in South Korea, Italy, and Iran. Here is an overview from global headlines around the world from the internet.

South Korea: The number of cases is now approaching 900 with 8 deaths. The government has placed the city of Daegu and its 2.5 million people on lock down. Samsung has closed operations in Gumi at a phone manufacturing facility where an employee has been infected.

Italy: The concern is the virus will spread into Europe. Austria has blocked traffic coming from Italy at the border. 11 towns east of Milan in northern Italy have quarantined. The towns have roughly 50,000 residents. Across the country, Italians are emptying grocery stores for supplies. Food shortages are being reported in northern Italy. Schools and museums have been closed. Airport screenings are now taking place. Milan Fashion Week has been severely impacted. As of the post, Italy reports 231 infected with 7 deaths.

Iran: There appears to be some conflicting information coming out of Shia leadership in Tehran. For the record, Iran is reporting 61 cases with 12 deaths. However, an Iranian legislator is stating there are 50 deaths in Qom. Of note, Qom is the home of Shia religious sites and Qom is also home to a nuclear facility.

Other foreign countries are not taking any chances. Turkey, Armenia, Afghanistan, and Iraq have closed their borders with Iran.

Complicating the situation, the Corona Virus is making its way into the Middle East.

The World Health Organization (WHO) remains stead fast in not calling the current situation a pandemic.

The stock markets around the globe are starting to react to the financial impact of the Wuhan Virus. The Dow Jones Industrial was down over 1,000 points at times today. Interest rates reached all time lows in the United States. 10 year Treasury notes closed at 1.396%. 30 year Treasury notes closed at 1.857%. Oil has fallen to $50 per barrel. Global supply chains are being impacted due to a lack of economic activity. Economic activity is zero in parts of the far east.

Wuhan Virus Update, February 15, 2020

February 15, 2020: China continues to try and manage the spread of the Wuhan Corona virus.

Food supplies are starting to become an issue. Grocery stores are running out of food. The government is shipping truck loads of food into Wuhan and other quarantined cities. Despite government orders, people are stocking up and preparing for the long hall. Costs of food are going up due to shortages.

Demographers and disease modelers are becoming increasingly suspicious of the data coming out of China.

The MRC Centre for Global Infectious Disease Analysis (CGIDA) in London estimates the mortality rate for the Wuhan virus is about 1%. China is currently reporting 67,000+ infected with 1,527 deaths. Math suggests the number of infected should be close to 150,000 infected instead.

Professor Neil Ferguson, Director of The Abdul Latif Jameel Institute for Disease and Emergency Analytics (J-IDEA) made the following observations. The number of people infected is doubling approximately every 5 days. There are possibly 50,000 new infections every day in China. The virus is projected to grow over the next month (mid March) with a possible peak at that time locally in the Wuhan area. Other disease modelers estimate the number of cases may ultimately range from 550,000 to 4,400,000. Wuhan Virus Update, February 7, 2020

February 7, 2020: China has stepped up their efforts to slow the spread of the Wuhan Virus. Any person suspected to have the virus has been collected and quarantined. Any person with a temperature, has been captured and quarantined. Government officials are going door to door to look for possible infected people. China is using drones mounted with thermal cameras to detect people with a fever. The Chinese government has declared the situation a “wartime condition”.

China’s Vice Premier Sun Chunlan called for a “people’s war” on the virus. For those who refuse to participate, they risk being “nailed onto the pillar of historical shame forever.”

China is looking to convert hotels and empty factories into temporary hospitals and “quarantine stations”.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has stated this is not a pandemic. The WHO defines a pandemic as “worldwide spread of a new disease”.

“Currently we are not in a pandemic. We are at the phase where it is an epidemic with multiple foci, and we try to extinguish the transmission in each of these foci,” Dr. Sylvie Briand, WHO Head Global Infectious Hazard Preparedness.

Apparently, these other cases outside of China are a “spillover”…

Wuhan Virus Update, February 2, 2020

Thursday, 1/30/20: The World Health Organization finally declared a global emergency regarding the Wuhan Virus. Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization is calling “all countries to work together in a spirit of solidarity and cooperation. We are all in this together, and we can only stop it together.”

President Trump and the United States declared a public health emergency on Friday, 1/31/20.

The Wuhan Virus is starting to make an economic impact on global markets. On Friday, 1/31/20, the Dow Jones Industrial Index in the United States closed down 603.41 points, or 2.1%, to 28,256.03.

The economic impact is likely to be significant considering China’s consumption of goods as measured against the rest of the planet. Chinese financial regulators are set to provide $173 billion of liquidity when markets open on Monday, February 3, 2020.
