Protests in Argentina after the country's central bank raised its main rate of interest to 69.5% to combat #inflation rates of above 70%.

May 29, 2018: Experts in Argentina are clueless. What caused the Parana River Delta to turn blood red??? An algae bloom has been ruled out! Pollution has been suspected. Stay away from the water until conclusive test results have been obtained.

Specifically, the river is located in Tigre, Argentina near Buenos Aires.
