Russia has focused recent attacks on infrastructure in Ukraine. The latest estimates are a third to one half of electricity is off-line in Ukraine. Significant blackouts are occurring throughout Ukraine. Russia is utilizing missiles and purchased Iranian drones to achieve the objective. Putin’s goal is simple. He looks to freeze out the Ukrainians during winter.
Putin has also instituted Martial Law in the four annexed regions of Ukraine. Legislation was also passed for the Crimean Republic, Sevastopol, Krasnodar, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk, and Rostov Regions. Russian authorities now have additional powers to maintain security and rapid reaction to any emergencies.
Russia appears to be using rape as a military strategy.

And when the victims report what was said during the rapes, it is clearly a deliberate tactic to dehumanize the victims.”

Russia is bombing a Ukrainian nuclear planet with a barrage of missiles.

Turkey’s President Recep Erdogan met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Sochi, Russia. The result is five Turkish banks agreed to Russia’s Mir payments system. Russia and Turkey agreed to payment in rubles for natural gas. In return, Turkey will get billions of dollars for the construction of a nuclear power plant on the Mediterranean.

Ezekiel 38‘s gang met together this week in Tehran, Iran. The nations are molding a political, economic, and military alliance.
“Iran is (the) center of dynamic diplomacy. (Meetings will) develop economic cooperation, focus on security of the region via political solution… and ensure food security,” Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian.
Here is an outline of what’s happened. First, let’s take a look at Turkish President Recep Erdogan getting off the plane and walking down the red carpet. His gait is a bit unsteady, slow and frankly uses all the carpet between the yellow lines. This is not the look of a fit and healthy man.
Second, Russian President Putin arrives and the headlines are questioning his health with a limp right arm. He is limping as he walks. But his gait looks better than Erdogan’s.
Russian Yevgeny Popov has proclaimed the alliance between Russia and Iran the “Axis of Good.”
Russia has been visiting Iran about the possibility of drone purchases.

Russian energy giant Gazprom has signed a $40 billion deal with Iran. Remember, this was completed in the face of western sanctions against Russia in their invasion of Ukraine. Iran is also under sanctions from the west.
“This MoU (memorandum of understanding) will be the largest foreign investment in the history of Iran’s oil industry, as it will lead to an investment of several tens of billions of dollars of Russian investment in Iran’s oil and gas fields.”
“Iran and Russia have a total of 70 trillion cubic meters of gas reserves, which is 30% of the world’s gas reserves. Therefore, these two countries play a very important role in ensuring the world’s energy sustainability.” -Iran’s Tasnim News Agency.
Gazprom has also stated it will not be able to deliver natural gas to a significant European customer due to an “Act of God”.
Russia and Turkey are looking to sign a deal regarding the distribution of grain from Ukraine. Over 130 ships are believed to be blocked in the Black Sea.
“An agreement was reached on a plan, general principles for shipping grain and food products… A meeting on this within the week is probable,” Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar
Iran claims it has the technical capability to produce a nuclear bomb.
“It is no secret that we have the technical capabilities to manufacture a nuclear bomb, but we have no decision to do so. In a few days, we were able to enrich uranium up to 60 percent, and we can easily produce 90% enriched uranium,” Kamal Kharazi, Head of Iran’s Strategic Council on Foreign Relations
With all of this happening, why in the world would Iran return to the negotiating table for a nuclear deal with the west?

The Iranian proxies in Yemen, the Houthis, have launched an attack on the Saudi Arabian oil company Aramco. Iran marked the occasion by projecting pictures of Houthi leaders on the famed Azadi Tower in Tehran.
Israel is hosting the Negev Summit this week. Partners in the Abraham Accords and nations at peace with Israel are in attendance. US Secretary of State Blinken is at the meeting and touring the Middle East and North Africa.
The Abraham Accords Festival and Games kicks off this week as well. Soccer friendlies are the headliners.
Inflation continues to be an issue. Gas prices are going up in Israel. Germany is out of natural gas. Countries are lining up to take advantage of the situation.
Aggression continues to increase around the Middle East and Europe. The rest of the world stands by and watches. Ezekiel38 speaks of a time when not one country will come to the defense of Israel. As it stands now, no one is coming to the defense of Ukraine. No one is coming to the defense of Saudi Arabia. The United States is stepping away from the Middle East…

July 9, 2020: Another explosion has occurred in Iran. This time west of the capital in Tehran. Again, gas tanks were the cause. Electrical services were impacted in this part of the city.
The location is suspected to be related to missile technologies according to various outlets. That said, there is no official confirmation.
One day later, the Iranian government is denying these explosions happened.

The explosion is reported to have taken place near a military base, a nuclear research facility, and an electrical plant. The event is reported east of the city of Tehran. Power outages are reported anecdotally on social media. Speculation is rampant to determine the cause of the event.
There is speculation that Israel is retaliating to an Iranian cyber attack on an Israeli desalinization plant that occurred a few months ago.
Iranian state run media is reporting the event is related to an explosion at a gas facility. The government claims there are no injuries and the situation is under control.
