The last couple of weeks in financial markets and global economics has been rocky. In the last two business weeks 5 banks have crashed. The United States has witnessed two of its largest bank failures in history.
Moody’s Investor Service has downgraded the entire United States banking system to negative.
“We have changed to negative from stable our outlook on the US banking system to reflect the rapid deterioration in the operating environment following deposit runs at Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), Silvergate Bank, and Signature Bank (SNY) and the failures of SVB and SNY.” -Moody’s
The banks in the United States includes: Silvergate Bank, Silicon Valley Bank, Signature Bank, and First Republic Bank. The mess has made its way across the Atlantic to Europe. Switzerland’s Credit Suisse required a bailout from the Swiss government.
The US Department of Treasury decided to insure all depositors in banks that expose a “systemic risk exception”, even those above the insured threshold of $250,000. The two banks who meet this “exception” include Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank. All depositors were “made whole”.
This “exception” appears to be on a case by case basis as decided by the boards of the FDIC, the Federal Reserve, President Biden, Secretary of the Treasury Janet L. Yellen.
During hearings with the Senate, Oklahoma Senator James Lankford (R) pressed Secretary Yellen. This exchange was extraordinary.

That formulation would be simplistic and more bluntly, silly. I am not going to pronounce on Mr. Lapid’s faith (because I do not know his heart), but by Mr. Lapid’s fruit, Matthew 7:20 for the rest.
The government in Canberra, took the decision under PM Morrison to move the nation of Australia, closer to God’s design and agreement. Which means honoring the covenants God has formed. In the case of recognizing Jerusalem as the eternal capital, it was an affirmation of something plainly evident. It was making right an historical fact, that is apart from the covenantal imperative (the central issue).
Under the dispensation of grace, God will not want the people of Australia to suffer for the decision of it’s leadership especially in the urgency of this hour. Though we ARE in the dispensation of Grace, the dispensation of the law still applies in the conduct of mankind overall.
This period of history is one of an interim judgement.
To make an entire people accountable for the errant decision of it’s leadership, I cannot see the Lord permitting that for very long. The grace that the rest of us are extended (when we make a wicked or bad call) will be given to the Australian leadership. But how long it will remain extended is known strictly to Him.

Food security continues to play an increasing role in our world. India will no longer export wheat. India is the world’s second largest producer. Three (Russia, Ukraine, India) of the top 10 wheat producers in the world will no longer export wheat. This accounts for 40-50% of the planet’s grain trade. This is a very big deal!!!
Iranian citizens have taken to the streets to protest the exploding price of basic staples. Grains and cooking oils have gone up 300% over the last week. In response, the government cut off the internet briefly.
Diesel supply shortages are starting to be a concern on the east coast of the United States. All of these things point to higher food and fuel costs.
Ukraine’s President Zelensky has been invited to the Davos Economic Forum scheduled for later this week. Zelensky appears to have the support of the world’s economic elite. More weapons please…
Democrat House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer made the following admission this past week on the floor of the House of Representatives. “It is unfortunate that in a time of war, we spend all the time blaming our own president.” So we are fighting a proxy war with the Russians.
Finland announces its intent to join NATO. Turkey’s President Recep Erdogan is not so sure about this move and a states Finland and Sweden are hot beds of terrorism. Russia promptly cuts off electricity to Finland.

Victoria, Australia: Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews has announced the Australian state is headed towards the edict that citizens must have a COVID-19 vaccination in order to participate in the state’s economic system.
“There is going to be a vaccinated economy, and you get to participate in that if you are vaccinated. We’re going to move to a situation where, to protect the health system, we are going to lock out people who are not vaccinated and can be.”

Is Mark Andrews the antichrist? No
Is the COVID 19 vaccination the mark of the beast? No
One quarter of humanity has not died as noted at the onset of the Tribulation in Revelation 6 (roughly 2 billion people). There is no 3rd Jewish Temple. There are no two witnesses. Another third of humanity has not perished as noted in Revelation 9 (roughly another 2 billion people). The antichrist has not taken out the two witnesses and assumed power. The seal and trumpet judgments have not taken place.
As of September 2021, we are not in the Great 7 Year Tribulation. The context of the mark emerges with the total domination and rule of the antichrist. This takes place during the last 3½ years of the seven year tribulation.
The scope and scale of the mark of the beast is the entire planet. These current events are taking place in the Australian state of Victoria.
But the reality is this. A current political figure is requiring an action of individuals (getting vaccinated) in order to participate in economic affairs. The precedent is being set.
The Bible in Revelation 13 says this day is coming…
And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves… Everyone who is alive at this future time will be faced with this decision.
no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark… This decision will affect one’s ability to engage in commerce (groceries, gas, water, clothes, etc.). Take the mark, short term gain, eternal loss in the lake of fire.
These verses are an appeal to your intellect. Taking the mark is not an emotional response that is made because one has a flutter in their stomach. It is not a gut hunch. Take control and hold mental faculty. Pay attention closely. Carefully think and discern. Have sober purpose. This is a massive decision. It will be the biggest vote of your life. Your eternal destination rides on this choice.
